Dunedin Real Estate

Dunedin is one of the fastest growing towns in NZ's south island. It has very beautiful scenery, established gardens, hillside homes and water views. The city is big and spread out. Dunedin Real Estate is surprisingly cheaper than many other NZ cities.
An example is this 4 bedroom house in Andersons Bay. This spacious home is currently for sale on Trademe. Click here. This home is on a decent-sized block of more than 600 sqm.

The home has good heating solutions and renovated.

If you are serious about investing in a home, you might want to read up on NZ property from this blog: NZ Property.
